Biography

Steven W. Kidd has worked for Marvin & Associates, formerly the Law Offices of Barry A. Schultz, for over ten years, representing clients at all levels of the Social Security application and appellate process from initial disability applications through the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients before the Social Security Administration, as well as written hundreds of successful briefs across every district court in the Seventh Circuit, including the Court of Appeals itself. Mr. Kidd has also successfully represented numerous clients in oral arguments in several district courts. Mr. Kidd attended Loyola University, from which he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and Loyola University School of Law. He received two CALI awards of excellence for legal writing and served as an editor on the Loyola Consumer Law Review. Mr. Kidd specializes in writing legal briefs and representing clients in federal court.
